Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the Sentry Trader website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement covers sentrytrader-app.com. It does not cover the Sentry Trader desktop app or third-party sites we link to.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML: pages use headings, landmarks and lists, so assistive technology can navigate them, and a skip link jumps straight to the main content.
- Keyboard access: every link, button and form control can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
- Visible focus: the focused element always shows a clear outline, and the sticky header does not cover it.
- Contrast: text and form-control borders meet the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios, and links are underlined rather than marked by colour alone.
- Reduced motion: smooth scrolling and transitions are switched off when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Text alternatives: images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
- No JavaScript: pages work without scripts. The only script on the site is the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on the Support page.
- Target size: links and controls are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
Known limitations
- The spam check on the Support contact form is a Cloudflare Turnstile widget. We do not control its markup. It usually completes without any interaction, but if it asks you to do something you cannot complete, email us instead.
- Product screenshots are images. Each one has a text alternative, but some fine detail in a screenshot may not be fully described.
